Station 27 - Monroe Landing Road 

 Address: 1160 Monroe Landing  Rd.


In response to the growing population near the Oak Harbor Airport, this station was built in 1987. Remodeled in 1995 and again in 2011. Station 27 is also home to the department's car fire training simulator, enabling firefighters with the opportunity to practice skills in suppressing engine and passenger compartment fires.





Currently at Station 27, a 1997 Pierce Saber fire engine, a 2002 Ford Brush Truck and WGH Ford/Northstar Ambulance Station 27's current captain is Jim Anema. 

Station 27 is also host to one of NWFR's two duty crews, being staffed with two firefighters around the clock to respond to emergencies.
